Alpha.Nexus events take place at aesthetically unique and beautiful venues. Nyx Gallery, Inc. provides contemporary artwork, design, and technology, including abstract colorfield painting, surreal photography, and generative digital video. Subsequent Alpha.Nexus events will be themed.

With modern technology, networking no longer has to be an outdated and random activity. Nexus iR&D Laboratory, LLC aims to disrupt the startup ecosystem with technology-assisted networking at Alpha.Nexus, making precious moments that more valuable and effective. At Alpha.Nexus, colored lanyards and LED bands are used to identify groups of guests including entrepreneurs (blue), advisors (red), investors (yellow), special guests (green), and Nexus members and staff (pink). Future Alpha.Nexus events will include more sophisticated technology.

Micropitches
Nexus iR&D Laboratory, LLC invites emerging entrepreneurs to submit materials for micropitching at Alpha.Nexus events, which involves a concentrated pitch under 5 minutes in duration and with no more than 5 slides (including videos) of expository material. After a juried review by Nexus iR&D Laboratory, LLC, a small selection of applications are accepted and applicants are then notified prior to the event.

Kelli Olivera from IBM, a cherished sponsor, gave the Nexus Keynote Address at the Inaugural Alpha.Nexus. She discussed the IBM Global Entrepreneur Platform currently offered to startups worldwide.
